Thats what i was thinking...just wanted to check in here first, i dont post here often but lurk on the reg and trust yalls opinion

They good smoked too. Just like you would chicken. I brine'em overnight then smoke em. Don't get to hunt them much, so not as much experience cooking pheasant.
