Help anyone? Long time lurker never posted before. Killed a green head today that I breasted and there are white spots inside breast. Almost looks like quills on breast but that's not it. Any ideas? Thanks

Worms. They cook out of meat, you will be fine never had a problem eating them. Mainly see this in big ducks.

like the others say...pitch it, as it is worms....I see that once or twice each season...

the duck is usually skinny as hell, to the point that the breast bone sticks out...

ETA: I read a little more and it is acutally not worms, but cysts formed around some microbial parisites....this link will tell you more..
