Don't want to be a negative, rain on your parade, person, but I don't believe that is a good idea in this economy. Do you have a business background? Business degree or previous experience running a restaurant for a long period of time as a manager?

Personally no experience. Purely using it as an investment. Will hire a manager. Just looking to educate myself

Just give me the money instead... I will give you 0 percent return, which will end up saving you a lot of money

Honestly, if you're going to plan on starting a restaurant you better plan to be married to it. Trust me I live it every day. Not something you can throw money at and hope it works.

I had a friend who opened a lil orbits franchise and he was very successful. People are fascinated by watching the donuts being mechanically flipped over in the oil as they watch the process of making them. My buddy opened shop in a high traffic public transport location and did very well.

Not sure where you are located but if you can put poker machines in there and stay open as close to 24 hours a day as possible. I can say with confidence that the poker machines will AT LEAST cover ALL of your expenses. Most donut shops in south la generate around $300k a year from those devil machines
