I'm very impressed by how much of a choke artist he is. Even if Atlanta wins today, Ryan did his best to give it away.

Positive:

He's smart, he has a good arm and he's pretty accurate.

Negative:

He holds the ball too long before throwing and he throws into windows that are closing rather than opening.

Conclusion:

He is VERY good and can make all the throws, but will never be elite because he lacks anticipation like Brees, Brady and Rodgers.

Did you watch the last drive?

Ignoring QB, he is a part of one of the best passing offenses in the league. Of course he should put up good numbers.

With that said, he's pretty good, but we have to remember that good QBs are not in short supply in the league at this point in time. He's probably somewhere around 7-10 in the league. It's hard to judge though, because the aforementioned young QBs really throw shite off. I would probably take both Kaepernick and Wilson over him, maybe even Cam.

Besides the last drive and the first half he looked like shite IMO. I'd rather have Russell Wilson, a rookie and he outplayed Matt today.

Wilson, Luck, Kaep, RG3 are probably all going to be better than Ryan

That's the truth too. Matt is good but he is constantly bailed out by Tony G, Julio and Roddy

Smart move on me forgetting RG3 there. Would definitely throw him in the mix as QBs I would take over Ryan.

I think you're a bit early on RG3. Kaep too, most likely.

But I think Wilson, Luck and Cam are likely to pass Ryan at their present rate.

Probably so on RG3, especially considering the injury situation.

I just really like Kaep. Kid has so much potential. He destroyed GB last night

He nearly choked again today... he's not a bad QB but he isn't anything special either.

Is there even such a thing as "nearly choking"? Just another way for Saints fans to justify their irrational hatred.

Kaep is either going to be really good or really bad. I don't think there's really a middle for him. He needs to work on his deep ball some but he did work the pack last night
