There's good stuff there and in other articles. It really seems like they seem something in Austin that is worth the trouble and pain.
People can point to Monty's relationship affecting how many resources he's getting, but it was Dell who had more of a say about getting him on this team. Monty's `thing' was supposed to be developing young players. We've seen some success on this front, Monty's contract was extended, and he's been praised in a number of NBA circles. I'm going to trust Monty on this one. Not everything is going to work out. I'm not going take trust away until I see a pattern develop. At that point, of course, it's `too late', but I'm ok with that.

Agreed. Monty has done very good work with the young players he's had. Aminu, Lopez, Vasquez, Belinelli, Smith are all guys that have improved under Monty.
No way they extended Monty thinking he has to be in the playoffs this year or even next year with this roster.
