Not trying to scare you either (although, I know there is an ominous feel to this post).

Had any fever or chills lately?
I'm thinking it may be Better Link. If so, not a big deal, just take some antibiotics.
Also, most of the serious testicle issues are painful to the touch and very much so. Still, better safe than sorry when dealing with your boys. See a doc.

I thought of this earlier. Did some research. Only 1 in 10 men experience testicular pain from testicular cancer. Now, I could be in that 10%, let's hope not, but that is still a very cool, interesting fact. The more you know.....

I'm thinking it could be due to the fact that I wore tighty whiteys all day yesterday for the first time in a very long time. It was the only clean pair of drawers I could find yesterday morning. I did blow two loads last night too. So it may be that.

You just got to jiggle them a little bit. If that doesn't fix it, then put some tussin on them overnight. If that doesn't work...Aids.
