re: Thoughts on these ceramic knives??

I've tried a few ceramics and I think I like my steel better. If find the steel blades are sharpened on a smaller angle and just cut better. I do use the ceramics occassionally, and they do hold their edge, but if I need a clean cut, I grab my Henckels.

But those black Keyoceras are cool looking.
