Pumpers just want to distinguish themselves as "better" fans because they aren't as critical as those fans that are sick of seeing a sputtering offense continue to sputter 3 straight years.

I think everyone agrees that change needs to occur. Its just that some fans have more confidence in the ability of Les to orchestrate that change. Others (like me) believe that he needs help making the necessary decisions to address the problem. And, I don't want to see another off season go by without there being significant constructive changes that make sense!
