Quinoa cooks quickly. I do a combo of stovetop/oven. Bring the mixture to a boil and then stick it in a 350 degree oven, covered, for 15 minutes. Fluff it. Done. Otherwise, let it simmer covered on the stove after it reaches a boil, for 15 minutes, fluff and done. It's very easy to cook and, in my experience, it reheats well and it's good served cold.
