Alleva? Probably not as he doubled down on the bozo last fall when Arkansas was reported to have interest
Jenkins?
BOS?
TAF?

Hate to say it, but Miles has LSU by the shorthairs and Alleva is to blame. Spin it anyway you want, but the mass exodus is a much stronger statement to Miles' coaching ability than any prior post on Tigerdroppings or Tweet from former players. He has to bring in a credible offensive coordinator and staff to steer this ship from the icebergs ahead.

Everything you said is bullshite. The only way there will be a new offensive coordinator is if miles thinks a change needs to be made but keep thinking your hair brain ideas are gonna be heard or paid attention to .

I wonder if he is in-touch enough even with this kind of thing to begin to dimly realize his offensive scheme and coaching doesn't have what it takes to win the big ones in the SEC. Much less the ACC.

Almost all of the under classmen were ready to leave. They all are just following their dreams to play in the NFL and get paid. Has nothing to do with Miles.

If you had say 10 under classmen transferring to other schools then maybe your point has some value.

Playing in the NFL and getting paid is greater than playing at LSU for free.

the last 14 months have drained all the optimism out of me, but the small part left that still wants to like Miles is clinging to the hope that he brings in Cameron as OC and gets a new OL coach. i have no idea if hes trying to fix our problems on offense or if he even recognizes what they are, but that would settle everything, and because they're friends, Cam would stand up to him and run the offense his way, he'd be on offense what Chief is on D.

i really want to like Miles, I want to think hes a very good coach the way I used to, but he hasn't given us much reason to believe in him lately. this one move would change everything. not only would it be a massive upgrade, but a huge shift in the way we've handled things here.

Why do we have to force Miles into anything???? What do you want??? A 14-0 season every year????

I don't think any of these should "influence" Les. They should stand down and if he's not getting the job done, fire him. But they don't need to meddle in his coaching.

IMO, any talk of replacing Les is premature. Talk of upgrading on O is spot-on. If it becomes apparent that Les is going to plateau at 2-3 losses per year, then we need to see if there's a HR hire available and go that route.

We're currently walking in the Cholly Mac path of the late 60's, early 70's:

'69: 9-1
'70: 9-3 (SEC Champs)
'71: 8-4
'72: 9-2-1
'73: 9-3

Those were good seasons but we can do better; no need for us to assume second-fiddle to anyone.

Granted the loss to Clemson is another large CLM failure, but what do you mean by exodus? Any rational person would do what these underclassmen have decided to do. I would. It remains to be seen if LSU will improve under CLM. The team in the season just completed did not in my opinion. They went backwards. I think one could make the case that TAMU is the best team.
