As far as stats go, if a player is on a roster and plays, there will be stats for it. Some sites suck balls, but with a little digging it can be found. I made a chart with my full roster on page 3 of this thread, and I found detailed stats on every one of my players. Some were very tedious and aggrivating, but all were found.

I think the point is to make it less tedious. I also really like the idea of QBs being more important but if you guys don't like it that's fine. Also just to clarify these are the awards I think we should use:

Heisman Memorial Trophy
Maxwell Award
Walter Camp Award
Bronko Nagurski Trophy (Defenseman)
Chuck Bednarik Award (Defenseman)
Dave Rimington Trophy (Center)
Davey O'Brien Award (Quarterback)
Dick Butkus Award (Linebacker)
Doak Walker Award (Running back)
Fred Biletnikoff Award (Wide receiver)
Jim Thorpe Award (Defensive back)
John Mackey Award (Tight end)
Lombardi Award (Lineman/linebacker)
Lott Trophy (Defenseman)
Lou Groza Award (Placekicker)
Johnny Unitas Award (Senior quarterback)
Outland Trophy (Interior lineman)
Ted Hendricks Award (Defensive end)
Johnny Rodgers Award (Return Specialist)
Draddy Trophy (Student-athlete)
Lowe's Senior CLASS Award (Student-athlete)
Walter Payton Award (Div. I FCS offensive player)
Buck Buchanan Award (Div. I FCS defenseman)
Harlon Hill Trophy (Div. II)
Gagliardi Trophy (Div. III)
Melberger Award (Div. III)

Damn, I got hosed.

Next year I take draft order determination back, so I can get top pick again.

Dan, I liked it more when you determined draft order
At #16 though, I feel like I can do some good things, without a long layover between making picks.

At least we gave the number 1 spot to a guy who was stalking the RB for two years waiting to get a spot in this thing.

Is it bad that I spent the last hour watching youtube highlights and now know exactly who I want for about 15/22 picks? There is a certain Big 10 defensive player who has one of if not the best highlight reel I have ever seen.

Amazed that you could narrow it down that quickly. You are a good add to this process.

We are missing contact information for the following folks. Not sure if we never had it, or just can't find it. Either way, please email information to tdrmddraft@gmail.com.

TigerFan110

Also, please request a sticky. They won't give it to me. Not sure why.

Unfortunately, my ideal first round pick will probably be off of the board before my pick is on the clock. Bad part is, before this year started I was definitely going to get him. I do believe that my second option will still be available. Hopefully, I'll be able to get the top three projections on my big board for each round though.

I have 4 players that I would be happy with at 9. I will shite if they are all gone, but I would prefer it was just 1 of them left. No pressure to make the right choice!

Are you going to make a new thread when we get started or are we just going to continue this one? I just know every year we have all of the picks updated on the Front Page of the thread. I do realize that updating the first page and the spread sheets become a pain though.

Also, if I'm not too busy, I will try to make another team by team/position by position spread sheet again. I will ask that as a team selects a player that they state what position that player will be playing for their team. If it is an "athlete", then just list a couple of positions that they might play. Its not extremely important, but just helpful.

A new thread will be made for the draft. Keeping the updates on the front page is the only way to make it work, but the spreadsheets are very necessary to minimizing duplicate picks. We might hit you up for some admin help this year if you are up for it. OBUDan and I will both have stretches where communication will be limited. Let me know what you think.

Definitely, I think at my position, I have a pretty good shot at getting some very good players. I've got about 10 players I'd like to get 2 of in the first couple rounds, not including the obvious first dozen. Realistically, I think I've got a good shot with about 4 or 5 in the first couple.

I got just about every player I wanted last time this year is going to be more difficult because the guys I want in this class are rated a little higher.
