I age meat regularly in my extra fridge. I don't use towels, cheese cloth, or other wrappings. I use a wire rack and a drip pan that I clean when required. These products may be awesome, but I'm not sure that they're needed. When I see dry aged beef in the stores,it isn't wrapped in anything....same as when I've fewed the aging beef on television shows.

I can see that, my friend says what he likes is that by using the bag he could age the beef in his regular household refrigerator since he doesnt have an extra fridge. Just throw it in and walk away he said..
