So I'll share a little story I heard on the OC...

Friend of mine recently had the chance to talk one on one with a former player who is still very much associated with the program. You'd know the player and what he does now, but it's not important to the story.
Anyway, they're having a beer or two and my friend asks "what's up with the offense?" Keep in mind this discussion was this past summer before the season. The guy tells him that when Krag was hired he came in and started laying out the "new" offense to Les. He begins explaining to Les that we're a "run first" offense but we're going to open up the passing game and "implement some of the passing offense we ran at Louisville". Les throws his hands up and is like "whoa whoa whoa.. I dunno about all that". Krags responds "Les, we're still a running offense but we've got to open up the passing game. What the hell did you bring me here for if you don't want to run my offense?" Les placates him with "well, yeah sure I mean we can run SOME of that, but you know... "
Shortly thereafter Krags is diagnosed with Parkinson's and Les replaces him with Stud. The situation ends up resolving itself and Les never has to run Krag's offense, or shut him down, and the puppet is put in his place.
The source also added that "everyone in the program knows that Stud isn't qualified for the position and is in over his head, but Les seems to be oblivious to it."

Also, no player would've been in on the first offensive meeting between Miles and Krags.

Not quite, this is an older player and is in a position to know the scoop. He didn't play for Les, Nick or Gerry.

This does sound like a story that one of the Heberts would come up with

So Les and Krag never discussed any of this before Krag was hired? Seems dumb as hell.

Didn't know players sit in coaches meetings. This is BS.

why would Krag have to fake parkinson's? That seems to be what you are insinuating.
