How does that take away strategy? Thats like saying you have to decide before a game who should pitch in the 7th inning.

Its nothing like that.

i shouldnt be rewarded for having a guy go Sunday night.

I look forward to the championship being decided by someone benching the one guy going Sunday night to lock up ops

Not sure why the keeper box isnt showing up for you guys on cbs. Weird. I can see it.

Just put anyone you want moved over into your starting lineup.

No S-BS option on ESPN. We would have to go with straight saves if we switched.

I would be fine with this and that should not be a reason to not switch. A blown save wrecks ERA/WHIP most likely anyway. I can't imagine many weeks were affected enough last year that there would be a noticeable difference.

The benefit of being able to make sure you get to start guys instead of being forced to guess at 10:30 in the morning because of fricking stupid arse cubs games outweighs what you are talking about.

1. That's horsehit too

2. Its hard for a player in points based football to get you negative points. Many an ops have wound up .8021 to .8030...meaning a bad performance Sunday night made the difference.

It gives the guy with players Sunday night a leg up...for being lucky

It happens in every sport. In fantasy football when one player makes such a huge difference, some people have vastly easier matchups. People get outgamed in basketball and baseball. You can pull Dwight Howard the second before the last game on Sunday night if you have nothing to gain and a tiny lead in FT%.

If we are going to do this for that reason....I think we have roster a complete team.

No benching your 1b and leaving the slot open.

Once again, you are talking about a situation that won't happen that often, compared to the constant situation of not knowing lineups by the time you have to set them because of a day game.

If you guys don't mind, go to your lineups on CBS and click the keeper box next to any player you want me to load onto your ESPN team. Please don't be a frickhole and click every box.

Dont see a keeper box.

Rosters have to stay full imo

It satisfies both our issues

Another potential issue: We wont be able to have the Championship go for two periods.

It gives me the option to make EVERY playoff matchup two weeks, but not just the finals.

And the only way we could make every playoff matchup two weeks is to shorten the regular season.

so shorten reg reason three weeks?

i'm not positive, but i think i would be ok with that

means that one shite start might not kill your pitching stats in playoffs
