finally took one this Saturday.
I really enjoyed it. Learned to cook:

mozzarella stuffed chicken breast (the trimming the chicken and stuffing procedure was the best part)

asian marinated fish (fish cooking methods was new to me)

homemade veg soup, This was not a big deal, it was to teach knife skills and making a chicken stock.

chocolate souffle-not sure I can do this, but I will give it a try.

It was a good time. The chef that taught the class has a supper club, so I am going to go to that.

I'm a big fan of the one in The Woodlands. For me, it's not about the "lessons", it's just a great date night experience.

You don't get messy since the prep work is done in advance, you get bottomless wine and beer, you share a cooking station with another couple. The group is a perfect size to where the chef can give you just the right amount of personal attention to help you make a high quality dinner.

In my opinion, the experience at this price is better than paying the same price at a fine dining restaurant (with a few exceptions).

Chef was a guy named Hopeton Hibbert.

I plan on going more, so I will look for classes that Elizabeth teaches. Good to know.

I am going to do a corporate outing there. I have a small company, and it would be lots more fun than just going out to a restaurant.

They can also set up Iron Chef type deals for you.
