He may get another raise.

I'll certainly jump on the Fire Miles bandwagon if we lose the opening game directly related to his coaching.

If we lose because we aren't the better team, it changes nothing.

lol, we could pull an Auburn and I expect he would still be the HC.

Do you mean on the hot-seat with people who matter, or the fricktards on this board?

No to the first, yes to the second.

That would depend on the rest of the season. What if that's the only game he losses? Then i doubt he would be on the hotseat.

1 game won't put a coach on the hotseat.

Seat wouldn't even get warm for three years minimum.

Even if he went 7-5 those three straight years. Too much money tied up in his contract.

However, miles is recruiting at an elite level so I don't expect him to go 7-5 any of those years.

The pumpers are locked, stocked, and loaded with their excuses already...all the players leaving, and OC mess will top their list

I like Les, but the inconsistency with him is frustrating. Its getting worse, Imo.

For you, Miles will be on the hot seat even if he goes 14-0.

Idiots. They are not going to eat 7 years of salary. I can't stand when ADs give these huge contracts. Look at what happened with Charlie Weiss. Has one good year and gets a 10 year contract because of it. If Les does what Auburn did going winless in the SEC next year then look at what your stuck with.
