re: Who owns the land behind the levee, what's the punishment?

i've been run off a few times in hs shooting doves back the levee by the grain elevator...cop just said ya'll aren't supposed to be shooting back here...coulda been more to do with the grain elevator

used to squirrel hunt in another area behind the levee where the batcher woods were thick and deep, most fox squirrels i ever seent...never got run out of there

Actually, I believe in those instances, the grain elevators/refineries/ship yards etc. own the rights to the land. Since they have invested hundred of thousands, if not millions in pipelines and various equipment to load/unload ships and barges. Plus the security risk from haji trying to blow shite up.
