I've had the damn hogs knock over and break the legs of two of those kind of feeders. The best way I've been told, by a guy who does it for a living, is using an infrared scope and silencer in a large field at night, but that would run a good bit of money. Trapping, poison, dogs, just shooting doesn't work, they're smart enough and reproduce too quickly to be wiped out those ways.

Guess all you new guys have missed my twice a year open invite to kill hogs in east Texas.

You should see the rig the USFWS uses on Bayou Savage and the like....pretty sure its a $5k+ gun with all the NV, thermal, and a silencer on it

I have wanted thermal imaging scope for a while a good model starts at 10 k though.

I've let em pass recently. Been looking for antlered game but my season ended with a bust today. I've still managed to kill 1-2 per month trying to ignore them this season.
