If you have access to a steam shower via gym etc that helps a lot to clear pores etc. also your basic acne medicine will help found at pharmacies.

Don't pop it!!! It will scar if its that large. Use a hot compress on it then put something on it to dry it out. Toothpaste (not the gel kind) will work if you don't have anything else.
If you can't stand it and have to pop it - place the hot washcloth on it until it is all at the surface and use a sterilized needle to lance it. Make sure you get everything out until it is just blood. Wash your hands and face with an antibacterial soap well - at least 1 minute. Dab the area with a qtip with an antiseptic (vinegar works) then place something on it to keep it dried out - toothpaste again if you have nothing else.

Popping pimples is a big part of my life. I don't have a lot of pimples, so it's bittersweet, but when I get one it's a goner.

Careful. If it is a sebaceous cyst you may not be able to pop it.
Is it actually a pimple? Or is it just a red tender lump in the skin which does not have a "head"?

I've had plenty of experiences with large ones, don't listen to these people, DO NOT pop it unless it has a visible white head on it. It'll just make it worse and last longer. Just leave it alone, clean your face regularly, but make sure you use an astrigent on it and put benzoyl peroxide cream on it at night. It will eventually go away. fricking with it will only make it worse.

antibiotics if it hasn't manifested itself in 2 weeks. You'll want to dry it out and get the puss/inlammation out too.
Also a crisco facial mask might help too.

Get on acutane and you will never have a pimple again. FWIW popping a mirror splatting pimple is one of the most relieving feelings

The posters who said don't pop it are right. It could make it worse later.
Get something from your closest CVS/Walgreens that has benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. The goal is to dry it out.

Tried popping it, and nothing came but blood 
I'm starting to think its not a pimple. Its a little red clump, and it seems to have 1 or 2 small openings where the blood is coming out of.
