with so many folks departing the team. I'm hoping we have a vocal leader like K.Shep & Dorsey were in the past.

Some people will be upset because blue being passed up, but hill is the best RB since 08 Charles Scott.

I don't really care, but it's obvious how few leaders we will have next year.
Hopefully if Hill gets it, Miles increases his yardage quota per game. Maybe we can have a RB break 150 vs a D2 school next year.

Being a captain is not near as much about producing on the field as it being a motivator and leader.

I was thinking the same thing. He is talented and an our best back but I can't get his past out of my head. He has his second chance. I do realize some of these football players are not the role models people think they are. They are put on a pedestal.

Exactly. Maybe if he stays as a senior, but he no way now.

What the hell does that have to do with him being a leader. He's worked his arse off and hustles on every single play he's on.
