This is actually a very good question. I'm leaning on saying no. Especially when you consider who's leaving. Top 15? Yes. Top 10? Not sure.

Too much turnover on the field not enough on the staff. Rebuilding year next year unless a miracle happens on offense.

What did they do to deserve to start in the top 10? Hell no! They will be knocked out in week #1 after getting their arse handed to them by TCU.

honestly it depends on the recruiting class. Eventhough these guys won't usually play, the publicity from having a top 10 recruiting class does carry over into pre-season polls. If I had to guess I would say we will be somewhere around 9-11, so maybe top 10
