Early Entrants necessitates new OC

With Reid, Minter, Mingo, Montgomery, and possibly Logan and Loston leaving, we will be very inexperienced on defense;therefore, we must score more points which means we must have a new offensive coordinator now. Come on Les, it isn't working.
