Thus far, everything says if we go with Caldwell as GM from Atlanta, he will pick Roman as HC.
And, it's looking more and more like Caldwell could be the guy after he has wowed Khan during two separate interviews.
Either him, or Gamble from San Fran, or Marc Ross from the NYG. Either way, the Jaguars next HC will be determined by whoever the new GM is, as that is how Khan has it set up now, per sources.

Wonder if the possibility of Tebow being forced upon them will keep some candidates away? If I were a hot commodity like Roman that's not how I'd want to start my tenure.
