Lesters, hands down. It is not swimming in butter and not 13,000 degrees. My opinion only.

Never been to Mr. Lester's, but my Ruth's Chris steaks have never been swimming in butter. There's not that much on the plate and I like it. I also like my food hot, so it works for me. If Mr. Lester's gets good reviews, try something new.

Ive never been to Lesters but RC is highly overrated.


The best steak Ive ever had came from the worst city ive ever lived in, Indianapolis. St. Elmos Steakhouse...........if youre ever in Indy......get it.

I've never heard great things about the Lafayette RC location if that's what you're considering, which I assume given that Lester's is an option.
