Who Gets Drafted First: Lavar Edwards or Tyrann Mathieu?

Mathieu may make it as a punt returner/ dime guy theres something special about his instincts even at just 5 9 hes a good tackler and seems to be tough enough to handle the NFL grind physically. Could be a steal, id take a chance on him for sure. The OP is a good question I could actually see them go very close to each other in this years draft.

Edwards goes 3rd to 4th rd. Mathieu would have gone no later than second had he stayed out of trouble. We all know stories about trouble, but most every team will waste at least a 5th rd pick at a chance to get a stud.
Cecil the Diesel went 5th rd after only playing in 4 games at LSU, then some at Mcneese with more troubles. No way Mathieu gets past 5th rd.

Disagree. Matthieu probably won't get drafted and even if he does, he'll be out as soon as he gets in. Poor kid.
