Minter played great for us at LSU, but I do not think he has the coverage skills to play linebacker in the NFL>

His ability to play or not play in the NFL shouldn't even be an issue for the Saints. MLB is the only spot on defense we are solid at IMO. Unless he falls the the fifth round or something, we pass for bigger needs.

which means he wouldn't be there even if the Saints needed/want him, which there is no need

Not that I want him, but WalterFootball, CBS and SportingNews mock drafts all have him going late first round. Houston, Houston & Chicago respectively.

No way we take him in the first or second, personally i would be pissed if we did. He is a solid third rounder. My wish list: any one who can cover and a freak DE.
