closest place to LSU that sells good boudin and hogs head cheese

The only places I know of in BR are on Florida Blvd or in Central. Are there any places closer by?

8 minutes or so from LSU (if not rush hour) is Bergeron's in Lobdell. Really good smoked boudin.

Bergeron's in Port Allen may be closer than those areas.

Bergeron's in port allen is as legit as any lafayette meat market. Poche's on bluebonnet is connected to boutin's. Not sure about hogs head cheese though.
