I wish people who are fricking dumb like you would stay out of these types of threads. You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.
But to the OP, I would grab the I5 3570k and get a 680 or 7970. It would yield better performance when gaming due to the better video card. You want a good processor, but a video card is far more important than it. I have a 680 and 7970 right now (just testing each one out to see which I like better), so I recommend one of those.
I wouldn't spend that much on a lga1155 mobo, but I would recommend the gigabyte UD3H or the asrock extreme4 (both z77). If you're set on the i7, I'd recommend getting an i7 3820 and lga2011 mobo.
No need to get 2133 ram either. Just go with 1600 or 1833. The price/performance isn't worth the upgrade to 2133
Since you're custom watercooling, make sure you get a reference video card
