How can you say that with any certainty? It raised take home pay by $100 billion annually.

But the Bush tax cuts were temporary and they helped. BTW, the Cliff deal is not grandfathered. No expiration date. So, if the Dems want to raise taxes on the middle class to pre-Bush era they will have to win the House.
