I'd be willing to bet the coaches know for certain who the guy is and when Payton gets back he'll be a goner.

Certainly do. They placed him on IR because he was such a distraction.

Sounds like Vilma to me. He is the most vocal player on D. Looks to me Sprags is a gone pecan

Harped improved greatly on the back stretch of the season under Spags. It's Jenkins. I'd bet anything.

At the end the player throws a bouquet to Williams and Vilma ain't gonna do that.

That makes no sense. He's still at the facility everyday and on the field for every game when he's on IR. It could be him but I don't think IR is any clue about it.

Except Jenkins actually got hurt during a game and was rallying the troops before the Bucs game. Titus Young was told to go home.

We have no idea what's going on behind the scenes, but if I had to make a guess this is not a particularly bad line of reasoning. Titus young is one example. Players not gelling with the staff are put on IR all the time. Not to mention a hamstring is a pretty soft injury to merit placement on IR.

Really? When was he placed on IR, Week 15? That's three weeks left to the season. Depending on the severity of the injury, I think it's plausable.

On the heels of a crucial 3 game stretch that culminated with a blowout loss to the giants in which the D gave up ridiculous points. Just saying. We're all speculating here so I don't think I've offered up anything you can just ignore as ridiculous.

Maybe Spags didn't want to change anything cause he wanted to make sure Payton saw exactly who sucks balls this year.

Because the defense hasn't given up ridiculous points or yardage all season?

There had been incredible improvement to that point.

My point is that a hamstring injury with three weeks to go causing a player to go on IR to open up a roster spot for someone else who is healthy doesn't really strike me as a stretch.

I'm not saying it wasn't Jenkins, I'm just saying I think your argument about the IR thing is empty.

Not really. Happens all the time and Jenkins used to host a show for 690. Plus we're speculating. If you have better theories and arguments then by all means.
