I think LSU still gotta take a wait and see approach to both Palelei and Williams before extending an offer. But I'm liking Palelei. He just seems like a tough guy with natural football instincts that has a knack for making plays whether at RB or on Defense or special teams.

Thanks. Just wanted to know if we had any prior connection to him. Im assuming our new WR coach, Michael Smith, is recruiting him since he is from New Orleans originally.
What classification is East Ascension? I was surprised at how many tackles he was breaking considering his size. I was hesitant on our offer off his measureables but after seeing his film I can see why they offered. He also has a nice little jump cut which I know our staff is looking for in their backs.

East Ascension is 5-A. Some of those highlights are against Mandeville, a State Semi-finalist, Dutchtown, Denham Springs and Catholic High, all respected programs. He's 5'10, 195, but not small. Benches 365 and Squats 595, while running in the 4:38-4::45 range.

Looking at his offer list, I am guessing that he is originally from Utah? Offers from BYU, Utah and connections to the Wisconsin staff that just came from Utah St.

Yeah, they're from Utah. Utah is out, though after they signed 4 RB's for 13. They're pretty excited about the Arkansas offer, and with LSU slow playing, you guys have a real chance.

That's good to hear. Bielema says he wants to recruit Louisiana harder than the last two staffs here have done so hopefully this is a start. We haven't gotten a lot of kids from Louisiana over the last decade but most of the ones we have landed have turned out very well for us. Not a lot of busts in there at all.
