CLM is here to stay- like it or not His biggest weakness is not knowing when to change coaches- Loyalty got us in trouble before chavis
Loyalty cost us losses last year and this season
When everyone knows you loses are because of you offense (or lack thereof) clearly CLM needs a wakeup conversation to change coaches.
Not just coordinator but OL- STUD's coaching was the broken link-

It's a Catch-22 situation. That loyalty to his coaches makes it easy to recruit good coaches who are looking for security and a fair chance to show their stuff. Problem is, that loyalty to the guys already on staff makes such openings mighty rare.

His loyalty should be to the fans first, the money we spend to pay his Elmer Fudd arse is ridiculous.
