because it's annoying and they usually don't know what they hell they are talking about and it loses ratings big time.

I don't think there is anything wrong with a female announcer. But the main ones on espn (Beth Mowins and Man Ward) are just horrible.

If you are referring to the Air Force Rice announcer, she often calls Saturday ESPN Day college games.

That and the fact there are 4 more games today, 3 Monday, & 5 more Tuesday on ESPN. Takes a lot of announcers and analysts.

How do you feel about Doris Burke? Seems like the MSB consensus is that she's an unintelligent lesbian who has no business on TV, but I think she's pretty good.
