I am surprised avett brothers was number 2. It was decent but compared to their others. Meh.
I also find american aquarium to be just ok. Not terrible but certainly nothing that I would go out of my way for.

I am as well. I'm a huge fan of the Avetts, but this was their weakest album since... what? The Gleam?

Understandable. I enjoy them, but the drummer is a pretty good friend of mine, so I might be biased
. Also, Doc's right, I feel like it's harder to appreciate them if you've never seen them live. I think BJ is an incredible lyricist, but I DO wish I liked his voice more.
