Hey Billy Ray Cyrus;
Dead serious amigo! Mett looked like it was his very 1st time on the field after a brilliant game all 2nd half. I blame this more on the coaching staff and not having him prepared mentally to handle the 2-minute drill. For that matter the team was not prepared either. All LSU needed was to get a frickin' 1st down. That would have at least stopped the clock and given them more time for more plays. Watch the last minute on LSU's last drive and get back to me when you can back up your rebuttle. Also, while you are at it watch the last minute of 1st half against Miss. State following week and you get the picture. Just sayin..... Facts are facts.

I disagree wit this comment. I think LSU is very much snickered at based on several bizarre plays and occurrences that have been criticized and made a joke of by the national media, much of which is funny and true. Despite these perceived major blunders, he remains likable and continues to recruit effectively. When your head coach is likened to a buffoon and an idiot, your program isn't that well respected.

We both play in the same div of the same conf. We had our shot and couldnt win the games we had to win. You have to win the games put in front of you. If you want to bitch about who you have to play, That is an excuse.

In the last possession, Mett completed 3 passes for 1st downs before Miles' a-hole tightened up & he ran it 3 times and Alleman missed the FG. bama then drove to the winning TD in like 45sec.
Seriously, did you even watch the game? Mett was on fire & Miles totally took the ball out of his hands.
Again, I hope you're just messing with me...for you're sake.

IMO if it happened in the 20th century it is no longer relevant! this is the 21st century and you are too ready to give up our position as the best in the west...Look at these facts

What I mean is that when LSU wins, and make no mistake, they win often, it is not with players that are heading to jail, who will graduate and who can represent the university well.

Wasn't the last possession. Lsu had more time left on the clock than what it took bama to score. That's what he's referring to

In contrast Alabama's last drive consumed about 90+ seconds and resulted in a touchdown. The Gumps got it done and we did not. No more messing with you. You were good on the 2nd last to drive and YES the coaching staff took the ball right out of Mett's capable hands at that point of the game with around 120+ seconds left. Tough loss for LSU no doubt but payback will happen when we learn to win late in the game. 'Bama has made a habit of it in close games. Props to them. Our turn is coming again just not sure when. Hopefully 2013!!!!!

Laxative17, did you read my post at all? I said he doesn't stand for players who do not adhere to the standards, even at the peril of the program and therefore his very own job.
The person who used the synthetic marijuana was suspended from the program ( btw, first he tried to salvage his collegiate career). Another example of this was RP. He was given chances to salvage his career but was then let go.

How easy could Saban had gone to Bama then the NFL then taken Miles job at LSU and we would be the dynasty.
Just bad luck that Saban thought he wanted to coach in the NFL when he was just getting started at LSU.
He would be working on NC number 4 or 5 had he never left LSU.

This is not correct sorry.
Not winning a NC going on 6 years now does NOT make you a "MAJOR" dynasty.
Even at this point Bama is not a dynasty, they are simply on a incredible 3 to 4 year run.
Getting your arse handed to you in the BCSNC game after a almost 6 years of not making the game does not make you a "powerhouse". Ohio State made a couple of BCSNC games in just a few short years of each other so does that make them a powerhouse?
Staying ranked in the top 10 makes you a soild football team.
