Ranking the "watchability" of each sport's regular season

From worst to best:
NBA- The fact that a coach actually could afford to rest his 3 best players for a big road game should speak for itself. More than half the teams in the league make the playoffs, there are way too many games, and it seems as if teams just decide not to play defense sometimes.
College Basketball- I don't think I've ever been excited about a CBB regular season game in my life, but I'm sure that Duke and UNC fans would beg to differ. There are too many games and not enough exciting/important ones, but that college spirit makes it at least a little better than NBA.
MLB- Again, there are way too many games, but at least in MLB you have to be good to make the playoffs. When division and wild card races get tight late in the season, MLB regular season games are as good as any sport. Also, there are some games (Dodgers-Giants, Cards-Cubs, Sox-Yankees) that will always feel somewhat like a playoff atmosphere even early in the season.
NFL- Has 5x less games than NBA and 10x less than MLB, so each game is obviously much more important. SNF and MNF games are almost always exciting even if you don't support either team. However, games between teams that are eliminated from the playoff hunt can still be boring, and you do see teams rest starters a lot once they've clinched.
CFB- This is pretty obvious, really. You never, ever see a CFB team resting starters because every game counts. The atmosphere before games is unbeatable, and every game feels like a playoff game. I don't think anyone could realistically argue with CFB being #1.

Is hockey locked out in the thread too, because I've enjoyed this hockey regular season more than any I can remember...

NBA is really the worst. Routinely teams with a sub .500 record make the playoffs.

Ah the old there's way too many games argument. You never see big baseball fans think this. The minute MLB starts catering to people who don't like baseball is when the MLB will die. Because those people aren't going to be baseball fans no what MLB does. The 162 game season is one of the best things about baseball. It's part of what seperates it from other sports. It's a marathon not a sprint.
