You take on the contract of a post for 5-6M over 2-3 years and get in return a very late 1st round pick which are traded like candy now, and ship out 3 players who you were not going to keep at the end of the year anyways. A lot of teams would be more than willing to do this.

You are right good point, my real case is that I would rather trade our top 3 pick, for two top 10's, would rather have two than Noel or Zeller.

No team has two top-10 picks.
Stand pat and bring in a top-5 draft talent anyways.
