If Eli played in the AFC...

If Eli Manning played in the AFC whether if for the Giants or Chargers whatever its all hypothetical, would Tom Brady have even half the success he has had in his career?
As you all know Eli owns Tom Brady, 2 for 2 on the biggest stage of sports. So if eli was in the afc as well, would he have knocked tom out of the playoffs on a regular basis?
