Rum House BR Update?

Earlier this year, I posted a article on here, where the owners of the rum house were ready to expand to BR. Anyone have any updates?

Has not been any movement yet. I'm not quite sure what their hold up is. Possibly securing financing and a solid location. The planned location wasn't great imo. They'd be better served putting this place downtown, but rates are too high.

According to BR Biz Report, the Velvet Cactus had some real estate issues having to do with a right of way for a cell phone tower. But they were recently hammered out and construction should start soon
No idea on Rum House. I know one of the owners of Olive or Twist, but I didn't get a chance to ask him about it. I think that Perkins Palms spot is primo with all those medical offices nearby. They're killing it at Olive or Twist.

I do love the Rum House in Nola. Their guac is awesome. And I love their tacos.

great margs, great tacos, great nachos, and great sandwiches. i've yet to find something that i don't like from this place
