I guess this isn't exactly a recipe, but I do it super simple since we all like the taste of kale and don't want to disguise it.
Rinse the kale. cut it up into whatever size you want, put it in a pot that has a lid. Put about a cup and a half of chicken stock in there, a dash of salt and pepper, and cover the pot. Cook until tender. It's simple and delicious.

I use to do a kale/spinach smoothie. Couldn't stand the taste of kale so I took it out. That's all I got.

1. Wash 1 bunch of kale then dry completely. Cut off stems as desired.
2. Transfer the kale to a large metal mixing bowl then massage with 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil until desired tenderness (no need to cook the kale .. EVOO both wilts it and takes out some bitterness).
3. Add 1/4 diced red onion, 3/4 cups cooked bacon lardons, 1/4 cup chopped goat cheese and toss.
4. In a separate bowl make a vinaigrette. (with kale I like a lemon/garlic dressing). Toss kale w/ vinaigrette just before serving.

Clean and cut up kale in small pieces
Cook six pieces of thick bacon and set aside.
Sauté onions in appropriate amount of bacon grease. Throw in kale and cook until tender. Salt lightly and add crumbled bacon.
Works with ham too
Aldo try scrambling an egg or two into cooked kale before adding bacon.
