Anyone use a stainless pot for boils?

Someone bought me a stainless turkey fryer setup. I'm going to boil some shrimp in it on Christmas eve. Any big difference between stainless and aluminum pots? Does it take longer for heat transference or is it negligible?

Well, the material for one. Technically, yes.

i have a small stainless pot i use for boiling crabs. works just the same as aluminum
