still needs to learn to mix it up a little better. We threw more but are still way to predictable. Throwing on 2nd or 3rd down and short (or even 4th down) should not be a complete oddity.

In the last 3 games of the yr on 1st they ran the ball 58% of the time and passed it 57% of the time on 2nd.
On 3rd down in those last 3 games, LSU passed the ball bout 70% of the time.
The passing game began to mature in the last 3rd of the season...all I'm saying.
