What is your batch number and bottle number? Interesting to see what batches went to different parts of the country.

Just bought a cupboard that I'm making my bar. Stocking it tomorrow. Buffalo trace is a staple for old fashions. What's another bourbon that would be good to keep around for old fashions, or just to have for company? Trying to keep it under $30 a bottle.

I keep ancient age, benchmark 8, and old charter 8 stocked up for making old fashioneds with. All 3 taste great and are 20-30.00 for a handle.

UJ, I know you know your bourbon but you dont need anything near as good as any of those to make a great old fashioned with. Have to save those for straight up pours even if they are inexpensive.

He said for old fashions or just bottles to have for company. I guess I was anwering the latter more than the OF part.
