I actually went in not wanting a Ruger because of the long trigger pull, but it is for defense not target shooting.
I wanted a Walther, but they didn't have any pocket size

I had a little PPK back in the 90s - after all these years, that is still the sweetest shooting little gun I've ever had. I should never have sold it. (Ditto for my P220 - most of its flaws were my fault - aftermarket grip interfered with the pin strike - second sweetest shooting gun I've had and I sold it - the grass is always greener, they say.)
