I'm trying to hold off on buying anything new other than replace the reel that broke on me, but if I do get something new it'll probably be a new combo for Texas rigs since I fish that 70% of the time. Probably a 7' MH duckett and either a Revo SX or Curado E if there are still new ones floating around out there. Possibly even a Chronarch.

Yesterday Fred told me in a thread I started that he was thinking about letting GCS back so that my threads wouldn't be so terrible by comparison, but he was wrong and I am beyond help. Then he deleted the thread.

I'll probably get a Revo SX then. It's just as good of a reel especially for freshwater. I'd just worry a little about the magnets over time in saltwater.
