It's very easy. Find a dealer or individual with a FFL. Gun ships to them. They run background check when you pick it up. Pay them a service fee, usually about $25. Take gun home. Shoot stuff.

When you buy online, just have your FFL fax or email their license info to the seller.

Google "FFL search." Gunbroker has a good database.

Thanks. When you're filling out your information at checkout on whichever website you are buying from, do you put the FFL's address instead your shipping info?


I didn't buy one of those DD's just now but I want to get everything straight for next time. Congrats on your purchase
