damn it im at work and just now got a chance to check. I have my FFL license and all I have to do is fax it in myself or email it to where I am buying something and then call my buddy and let him know its on the way.

No my buddy is a licensed FFL. He gave me a copy of his FFL to use whenever i needed one for something i order where it is required to have an FFL.

The merchandise still has to be shipped to him then a background check done on me.

By me having a copy it just eliminates him having to fax or email his license when i can do it when i place the order.

Oh okay, that makes a lot more sense now! Wouldn't want the Feds knocking down your door.

Gotcha, your "I have my FFL license " statement is misleading.

That statement does not compute

Got a couple myself. Really pleased with the quality. Ordered a couple of the PSA lower kits a couple days ago. They've shipped and should be in tomorrow. Bout to have 3 complete lowers, and no uppers.

I'm in the same boat with ya... I don't even know where to begin with the upper. Do the front sites vary in size?

I am going to use it for home defense, but I want to take it to the range to shoot and I will also use it to hunt. Not sure if that narrows it down much for you to give suggestions.

Any of you fellas assembled one of the seekins lowers yet? Read some bad things about the mag wells on arfcom (being too tight, so mags could not be inserted, or at least was very difficult). Was wondering if anyone was having similar problems.

Seekins Precision:

I bought two stripped lowers. I haven't assembled them yet. I am interested to hear back on this also. I won't get around to putting these together until April. So, I will report back then.

Edit: are you looking at the April 2011 thread on ARF?
