WWTOBD? Bow & new lease...or snowmobiling through Yellowstone?

OK here's the story.
My Christmas present to myself was a new bow. (Mission Venture for anybody wondering). I had saved up maybe 1K to go towards my lease next year and setting up my new bow. (new rest, new quiver, new sight, etc.).
Things were progressing nicely until yesterday. A spot opened up to go with my Dad and two brothers on a snowmobile tour through Yellowstone National Park. Since a spot opened up, the pressure has really been on to make this a father and sons trip, so I've been put on the spot to scrape up 1500 in a month and 2 weeks (total cost of trip is 2500).
So the question is...get my new bow set up and potentially get into the lease I want...Or live impoverished for a month, scrape every penny, and go on the snowmobile trip, and potentially lose the open spot in the lease and put off getting my bow set up til the summer. I can't do both.

I'd spend the time with my brother and dad.

Tell them if they want your arse to come so much to spit you and you can pay them back on a schedule.
2500 bucks is a lot of money although I can tell you that a snowmobile trek through Yellowstone is one of the coolest things I've ever done.

If they can't understand that crapping $1500 is hard, then that is their problem. It is your money and interests that are on the line. I know that father/son time is valuable, but if you have to sacrifice what you really want for it, are you gonna get true value out of it or is it going to lead to resentfulness?

Brother and dad.
Purchase your gear next August on the tax free day. Leases come and go, that trip will make memories for a lifetime.

Thats my dilemma. I had plans for that money.
And my dad and 2 brothers are all married. All Dual income families except me. Of course it's easy for them to scrape it up.
But of course I'd feel lower than snake shite if something happened where we wouldnt have the opportunity to go on another father/sons trip.

Snowmobile trip......sooner or later they will ban it as they've threatened in the past.....watch your speed in the park as the rangers run radar.....save the hotdogging for outside the park

Spend the time with father and Brother.
Yellowstone is amazing if you haven't been before.

Go with your Dad and Brother. I wish I could go on one more trip with my Dad. I guaranty one thing, if you go, one day, you will be glad you did.
