Does your dog take Trifexis for Heartworm?
Mine started having weird behavior/tremors after he switched to Trifexis. It was similar to yours(he didn't have issues as a puppy though). The vet did all sorts of tests, but everything came up clean. He got off Trifexis about 5 months ago and hasn't had an issue since.
