The Geico "Happier than a...." commercials with the 2 guys playing guitar makes me want to punch someone in the throat. It currently tops my list.
The ""One...two...Kalamazoo..." with the chick riding the motorcycle is quickly approaching #1 list though

Aside from the cars.com creeper girl commercial, the commercial with the little hispanic kid that drinks milk or pediasure or something and all of a sudden the kids blanket can't cover his feet drives me nuts. Like this kid grew 6 inches in a day and just noticed that the blanket couldn't handle his size. And his facial expression is just awful.

Not the most annoying but definitely freaks me out a little....
The one with the elves, Santa and Mrs. Claus which is made to mirror the one where the guy is going on a business trip and the kids make him a video to watch on the plane and his wife makes him a different one. Subbing the elves for the kids and Santa and Mrs Claus for the parents =
